Agreement
By booking a mentoring session or package with Anna Mackenzie, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before booking.
Scope of Services
Mentoring sessions are provided for the purpose of professional development, career strategy, and business guidance. The mentoring relationship does not constitute and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or investment advice, or therapy, counselling, or mental health support. All decisions made as a result of our work together remain the client's own responsibility.
Session Packages & Expiry
Session packages must be used within the following timeframes from the date of purchase: two-session packages must be completed within 3 months; four-session packages must be completed within 6 months. Sessions not used within these timeframes will be forfeited. Extensions may be granted at Anna Mackenzie's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will be charged in full and deducted from the client's package. To reschedule or cancel, please email anna@annamackenzie.com.au as soon as possible.
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and charged in full. No refund or replacement session will be provided.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not available on any mentoring sessions or packages, including unused sessions within a package. By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
Confidentiality
All information shared by the client during mentoring sessions will be treated as strictly confidential. Anna Mackenzie will not disclose any personal or professional information to third parties without the client's explicit consent, except where required by law. The client is similarly asked to treat any frameworks, tools, or methodologies shared by Anna Mackenzie as confidential and for personal use only.
Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, tools, and materials shared during mentoring sessions remain the intellectual property of Anna Mackenzie. They are provided for the client's personal and professional development only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Anna Mackenzie is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, losses, or damages arising from participation in mentoring sessions or implementation of any guidance provided. Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual circumstances.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
